I want to send you this letter thanking Nediva & Harold for their assistance in my situation. My car started acting up last week and my friend is a very good mechanic and told me that my transmission was going out didn't know how much time I had maybe days. I really hate that he's so good because he was right this Monday the car got worse and Tuesday it was almost undrivable. I have a wife and a 7 month old baby and I was scared to death to take them in the car the way it was acting. You see I am the only one that drives due to my wife having seizures and the need for a working safe vehicle was my number 1 priority. Tuesday night I was unable to sleep due to the fact I was so worried about what would happen if we didn't have a car, I can't get to work, I can't get her to work or to a Dr or hospital if she needed it. These were the things going through my head. It was 12 am in the morning and I need to be up by 5 am and I was looking everywhere trying to see if I can find a car that would be safe and affordable. I had to file bankruptcy 2 years ago due to my wife having 8 ER trips in 2007 and no insurance they were about 5k a pop so we owed over 40k in hospital bills and another 20k in medical. So I didn't have any choice in the matter of filing and I knew that was going to hurt my credit and that the chances were slim of getting approval for the loan. I work my but off to support my family and give them the best I can. At 1 am I decided that I need to see if I can qualify for a loan so I went to your website and I was getting ready to fill out the paperwork when I realized I needed to have a car to base it on. On your website I saw Autotrek and I remember my mom using them through space age too. I went to the site and found the perfect car and I filled out my application and sent it in expecting to get turned down or no response. To my surprise 13 hrs later I get a call from Nediva who tells me that she got my loan application and thinks she can help me swing the loan. I honestly couldn't believe my ears and she asked me if I had been to any auto place yet. I told her no but I was saw that space age dealt with Autotrek so I was going to go there. She told me that was the best place to get a car and that I should look into a gentleman by the name of Harold Artola and then asked me how long before I could head over. I told her about 30 mins and she said that's great and I hung up. I picked up my wife and I headed down to Autotrek and when I pulled up there was Harold standing outside in the cold wind and he asked if I was Mr. Cole, I told him yes and he smiled shook my hand and asked if I was interested in the 2009 Chevy Malibu. I told him I was and he handed me the keys and told me to go take it for a test drive. I was completely floored at this time never have I ever had such customer service. My wife and I got into the car and I drove it for about 15 mins and loved it and we talked about it and decided that we wanted this car. When I got back I heard the news that I already knew which was my car had a transmission problem that cost more to fix then the car is worth. But Harold worked with his people and still got me some trade in value and together with Nediva all I kept hearing was we will make this work for you. 30 mins later I'm signing paperwork and I'm told that it's a done deal they got me the car and my payments were well within my range with extended warranties. I mean I've bought 10 cars in my life time and NEVER has it EVER been a pleasant experience. Most the time it consists of a ridiculous game between me and the dealer that plays out over 4 days of haggling and refusing them until I get what I want. But at Autotrek there was none of that, the car was marked fairly and the people there were fantastic and professional. Harold was the best salesman I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Nediva was by far the only loan officer I've ever actually enjoyed talking too that I didn't feel like I was defending myself or being taken advantage of. I want to tell you how great both of these individuals are to your establishments. They provide top of the line customer service, knowledgeable and above all friendly personable people. The entire experience was pleasant and my wife was so grateful and happy. I expected something to fall through or something negative to happen at least 1 thing in the entire closing but I was wrong. It was a 100% from starting to signing A++ Experience. This is why I bank with Space Age FCU your superior customer service and I don't think I'll ever go back to a dealership I want Harold to help me with all future car purchases.
